A fully-bonded membrane, the IKO Protorch Torch-On SBS Capsheet is designed to deliver robust performance against maintenance traffic.

The IKO Protorch Torch-On SBS Capsheet includes added fire retardant capabilities. When it comes to fire performance, IKO Protorch achieves BROOF T4 ratings when incorporated into the appropriate tested systems*. It also features Prevent Graphite Firewall Technology with self-extinguishing properties.

Incorporating SBS-modified bitumen with fast-flowing properties and a thermofusible film underside, the IKO Protorch Torch-On SBS Capsheet excels when it comes to efficient application and retaining its flexibility capabilities in varying temperatures, providing enhanced system longevity in the process.

Meanwhile, its high level of tensile strength, elongation and tear resistance mean it is less likely to get punctured during application and by wider works traffic.

Suitable for refurbishment projects, this capsheet can be used with torch-on underlays as part of built-up systems or as a refurbishment overlay on top of asphalt or selected mineral surface felt.

Available with a green or black upper surface mineral granule finish that provides UV stability to built-up roofing systems, the IKO Protorch Torch-On SBS Capsheet is CE and UKCA-accredited, is available in 8m x 1m rolls, features a 75mm sacrificial film selvedge and backing, and comes with a 20-year guarantee**, as standard.

*When installed as part of the BROOF T4 certified built-up roofing system, and conditions are maintained as per IKO literature, relevant Codes of Practice and UK Building Regulations, this product achieves BROOF T4 fire ratings.

The bridge by the Thatch & Thistle pub is the highest which all our wagons and delivery wagons use, however, Foul Lane will be getting opened up this year to enable traffic to the area without the worry of the railway bridge.
