SuperQuilt is a multi-layer reflective insulation material designed to offer a compact insulation solution. It comprises 19 layers, including reflective foils and wadding, and may also function as a vapour control layer when installed and sealed in accordance with manufacturer guidance. With an overall thickness of approximately 40 mm, it may be considered for use in roofs, walls, floors, and similar applications in both new build and refurbishment projects.

Fully Agrément Certified, Building Control Compliant and NHBC accepted.

• Manufactured using approximately 83% recycled materials

• May be considered for use in roofs, walls, and floors, depending on project design requirements

• Non-degradable construction intended to support long-term material stability

• Declared thermal performance includes an R-value up to 3.0 m²K/W, when installed in accordance with the relevant certification and assessment documentation

• Declared thermal performance is provided through a multi-layer reflective construction, with R-values available in the product’s certification and technical documentation

• Lightweight and flexible design to support straightforward handling and installation

• When installed and sealed in accordance with manufacturer guidance, the integrated vapour control layer can assist in limiting moisture movement and reducing condensation risk

When using SuperQuilt, you need to satisfy yourself that use of the product meets all relevant national Building Regulations and guidance as well as local, national and other applicable standards relevant for your construction or application, including requirements in relation to fire and applicable height restrictions.

SuperQuilt should not be used in the external walls of buildings over 11 metres in height. Recent changes to Building Regulations mean that only non-combustible insulation or insulation of limited combustibility should be used in buildings of that height.

The bridge by the Thatch & Thistle pub is the highest which all our wagons and delivery wagons use, however, Foul Lane will be getting opened up this year to enable traffic to the area without the worry of the railway bridge.
